I planted Creeping Raspberry (
Rubus calycinoides) next to our front door a few years ago, ignoring that the soil is extremely moist there. Rubus likes well-drained soil, evidently. An interesting thing happened: It crept to safety, our brick walkway to be specific. This gives me an idea! If I were to situate some "scrap" broken concrete blocks that in the patch to the left, will the
Rubus fill in there?
